Here is a clip of the Carousel trap from SAW VI, I don’t think this is the teaser trailer that is being released on the SAW facebook page shortly, but it may be. What do you guys think of the clip?

I’m liking this clip. The trap is extremely inventive and it’s intriguing that Williams (the man being tested) already appears to have been run through the ringer as he enters the room. So we can guess this is later in the film. I’ve seen on the web where some people complain this clip is contradictory to Kramer’s philosophy because only two of the four can live..but the idea of someone dying for a test to be completed successfully isn’t new to the series. Amanda went through a similar ordeal in the first film when she had to get that key out of her sedated cellmate. Plus, it’s Williams test..not the people on the carousel. As someone else pointed out on another site, for all we know each of these people have failed a test of their own.
In a recent post on his blog “My Torture Porn” (www.kevingreutert.com if any of you are interested..I check it once a week just for kicks), “Saw VI” director Kevin Greutert helpfully explained that the clip is in fact edited down and there is more to what we’re seeing than we think.
I enjoyed the teaser trailer and the motion poster as well. Gotta say, I’m actually pretty psyched about “Saw VI”!!

i really liked the teaser trailer and i really like the fact that it involves a carousel with a red swirl which relates to the jigsaw puppet’s background. i am wanting to see Saw 6 in theaters. by far i loved all the saw films and i am sure to predict, just by seeing this trailer, saw 6 will be a great movie.
